Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2024 – Amitesh Srivastava has been appointed as Partner – Customer Experience at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, where he will drive transformative initiatives leveraging his vast expertise in consulting, IT, and customer experience management.
Amitesh Srivastava brings over two decades of diverse experience in consulting and IT, specializing in customer experience transformation. Before joining Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, Amitesh served as the Experience Design and Customer Transformation Leader – India South Asia at IBM, where he managed P&L responsibilities, spearheaded consultative sales, and led delivery teams, helping clients achieve seamless digital transformations.

Prior to this, he was the Customer Strategy, Process & Salesforce Practice Leader at IBM, overseeing strategy and delivery with a focus on Salesforce capabilities. Earlier, Amitesh held significant leadership roles as an Associate Director at KPMG India, North Lead for Customer Impact Consulting at PwC India, and Group Manager at Atos, driving customer-centric growth strategies and market expansions.
Amitesh’s foundational years included impactful contributions at Cognizant, Infosys, and ICICI Lombard, where he honed his expertise in consulting, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
