Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, March 2025 – Ana Trujillo has been appointed as Chief Learning and Quality Officer at Nusenda Credit Union, where she will lead Learning and Development, Project Management, Support Administration, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. With a career spanning over 22 years at Nusenda, Ana has played a pivotal role in enhancing service quality, process improvement, and workforce development.
Ana has held several leadership positions at Nusenda Credit Union, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Support Services, where she was responsible for Processing and Records, Insurance Claims, Quality Assurance, Special Accounts (IRAs), and Learning and Development. Before that, she was Vice President of Support Services, overseeing critical operational functions that ensured efficiency and member satisfaction.
Her earlier roles at Nusenda include Processing, Records & Quality Assurance Manager, where she spearheaded compliance initiatives, process optimization, and quality control efforts. Her contributions in streamlining operations and improving member experience have been instrumental in Nusenda’s continued success.
