Austin, Texas, United States, November 2024 – Analisa Honrath has joined Procore Technologies as the Senior Director, Talent Business Partner Leader – Go to Market. In this role, Analisa will leverage her extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership to align Procore’s talent strategies with its ambitious growth objectives. Based in the Austin Metropolitan Area, she will play a pivotal role in advancing Procore’s people-first initiatives.
Before joining Procore Technologies, Analisa held several leadership roles at Expedia Group over nearly eight years. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, HRBP (Product & Technology), where she led talent strategies across global teams, focusing on succession planning, resource management, and organizational health. In previous roles, including Director, Global People Business Partner, she partnered with senior leadership to design employee-centric programs that drove engagement and innovation.
Prior to Expedia, Analisa was a key member of Glassdoor as Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, where she championed recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for one of the world’s leading job search platforms. She also contributed to the global expansion of talent acquisition at Auction.com and The Active Network, helping these organizations scale effectively during periods of rapid growth.
Analisa began her career at Winter Wyman and The Eastridge Group, where she honed her skills in staffing and recruitment, establishing a strong foundation for her journey in human resources leadership.
