London, United Kingdom, August 2024 – Territory Studio is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Ptohopoullos as the new Group Head of People. Andrea steps into this role with a wealth of experience in human resources and people management, bringing a fresh perspective to drive the company’s talent strategy and organizational culture.
Prior to this role, Andrea served as the Head of People at Territory Studio, where she played a pivotal role in aligning the HR function with the company’s creative vision and operational needs over the past year and a half.
Before joining Territory Studio, Andrea was a Happiness Trainer at The Happiness Club, where she dedicated over four years to enhancing employee well-being and fostering positive work environments across various organizations.
Andrea’s extensive HR career also includes nearly a decade as an HR Business Partner Central & Talent at Natures Way Foods, where she worked closely with business leaders to design and implement talent management programs that supported the company’s strategic objectives.
Earlier in her career, Andrea was the HR Business Director & Operations at CSM Sport & Entertainment LLP, where she was instrumental in setting up and developing the HR and Facilities functions, contributing significantly to the company’s growth into a leading sports marketing agency.
Her career also includes valuable experience at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where she held various roles, including Business Development Manager and Manager – London Travel Zone, demonstrating her versatility and leadership in both sales and HR functions.
