Pune, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Leucadia Milly Sandeep has been appointed as the Group HR Head & Chief People Officer at POSHS Metal Industries Pvt Ltd. With a wealth of experience in human resources leadership, Leucadia will spearhead the HR strategies, organizational development, and people management across the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive work culture.
Prior to joining POSHS Metal Industries, Leucadia served as Director – Events/Programs at ICF Pune Charter Chapter since April 2024, where she played a pivotal role in organizing and leading key initiatives and events.
From April 2023 to August 2024, Leucadia worked as an Independent HR Thought Leader, consulting across industries in human resources, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and coaching. This freelance role allowed her to partner with various organizations, providing expertise in setting up HR teams and driving transformational leadership.
Leucadia was the Human Resources Director at Veritas Technologies LLC for over 7 years, where she led the India HR region, HR business partners, and talent acquisition. Her contributions included setting up the company during the divestiture of Veritas, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and building a high-performing culture. She also played a crucial role in compliance, statutory requirements, and crisis management.
Before her tenure at Veritas, Leucadia was a Sr. Manager – Human Resources at Symantec Software for nearly 8 years. She was instrumental in performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development interventions.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Manager – Human Resources at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd., where she focused on competency and technical development, SAP implementation, and six sigma initiatives. She also served as Head – HR & Training at Oceans Connect (I) Pvt Ltd, and as an Assistant Manager – Human Resources at DGP Hinoday Industries Ltd, contributing to HR operations, policy formation, and training programs.
