Alabama, United States, March 2025 – Andrea Rosler has been named Vice President Human Resources at Infirmary Health, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership, healthcare workforce transformation, and employee engagement. In this role, she will lead HR strategies across the largest non-governmental healthcare system in Alabama, supporting more than 6,500 employees and 700 physicians across multiple hospitals, clinics, and post-acute facilities.
Rosler joins Infirmary Health from University of South Alabama Health System, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for over four years, driving business transformation, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to that, she spent nearly 27 years at Huntsville Hospital, where she held the role of Vice President Human Resources, playing a key role in HR strategy, leadership development, and workforce optimization.
She holds Master of Science in Health Administration (MSHA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With a deep understanding of healthcare HR strategy, she is well-positioned to enhance talent development, leadership initiatives, and employee experience at Infirmary Health.
