Washington, District of Columbia, United States, December 2024 – Angie Harris has been named the Chief Talent & Administration Officer at Callahan & Associates, Inc., where she will lead the company’s human resources and administrative functions. With over two decades of diverse experience spanning HR leadership, strategic planning, and operational efficiency, Angie is poised to drive transformative initiatives that align with the organization’s mission to support the credit union industry.
Angie has been with Callahan & Associates, Inc. for over five years. Before her promotion, she served as AVP, Administration & Human Resources, where she streamlined HR processes and enhanced employee engagement. Previously, as Director of Human Resources, Angie played a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, improving talent acquisition processes, and strengthening compliance frameworks.

Before joining Callahan, Angie held leadership roles at The Kingsbury Center, where she served as Chief Operating Officer/Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources/Senior Staff Accountant. In these roles, she successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets, implemented cost-saving initiatives, and drove talent management strategies.
Earlier in her career, Angie held HR and operational roles at Perry Street Preparatory Public Charter School, where she enhanced payroll systems and managed large-scale projects. She also has a financial consulting background with American Classic Agency and served as an Avionics Technician in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, showcasing her diverse skill set and dedication to excellence.
