New Delhi, Delhi, India, November 2024 – Anika Malik Wadhera has been named Group Director, Marketing at The Good Glamm Group, where she will spearhead the company’s marketing strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Her appointment marks a significant step in advancing the Group’s mission to redefine inclusive beauty and responsible care through innovative marketing and digital ecosystems.
Before joining The Good Glamm Group, Anika served as Head of Marketing at Sirona Hygiene, a part of The Good Glamm Group, for over four years. In this role, she played a pivotal part in driving brand recognition and market leadership, contributing to Sirona’s reputation as a leading personal hygiene brand.
Previously, Anika was the Head of Digital Marketing at Guru.com, where she focused on crafting innovative strategies to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.
She also held leadership roles at SapientRazorfish, where she was Associate Vice President – Digital Strategy and Associate Vice President – Client Servicing, leading digital transformation initiatives for various brands and leveraging multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Anika’s earlier roles include being a Business Director at Solutions | Digitas, managing key client relationships and delivering digital marketing solutions. She also worked as a Researcher at the Indian School of Business (CITNE), where she contributed to research and event management activities.
Her career began at Module One as a Content Editor, where she developed content strategies and digital branding for various clients.
