Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Anil Dwivedi has been appointed as the Chief Development Officer at Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, bringing with him over three decades of proven leadership in real estate development, construction management, and large-scale project delivery. Known for overseeing the successful execution of more than 30 million sq. ft. of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and institutional developments, he joins Kolte-Patil at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth and transformation journey. In his most recent tenure at Colliers, Mr. Dwivedi served as Deputy Managing Director – West India, Project Management, where he led business expansion, operational governance, and delivery excellence across five states. His ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape high-performance project frameworks, and ensure on-time and cost-disciplined delivery made him a trusted leader within the organisation. His broader remit also included risk management, quality assurance, and strengthening organisational capability to meet evolving client expectations.

Prior to this, he spent nearly two decades at Colliers as Director – Project Management, driving the complete lifecycle of development programs across multiple asset classes. He led from the front in delivering large-scale commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, IT/ITES, warehousing, and mixed-use developments. During this extensive tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping Colliers’ project management presence across Western India, mentoring diverse teams and establishing robust operating systems that enabled sustained growth over the years.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Dwivedi worked with Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd., where he further strengthened his foundation in project governance, end-to-end execution frameworks, and construction management excellence. This early phase shaped his ability to build scalable systems, elevate project outcomes, and develop strong client partnerships based on accountability and performance.

Across his career spanning more than 30 years, Mr. Dwivedi has demonstrated unwavering commitment to quality, safety, operational excellence, and cost optimisation. His result-oriented leadership, strategic clarity, and deep execution experience have enabled organisations to consistently deliver high-performing assets that stand the test of time. His extensive exposure across asset classes and markets positions him strongly to contribute to Kolte-Patil’s next phase of growth.
