Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Anirudha Karnataki has been appointed as the Head of Supply Chain at Bajaj Electricals Ltd., where he will lead efforts to improve product availability, cost management, and operational efficiency. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Anirudha aims to optimize operations through digital advancements and drive the company’s strategic objectives forward.
Prior to joining Bajaj Electricals Ltd., Anirudha served as Head of Supply Chain and Procurement at Eureka Forbes Ltd., where he streamlined processes and focused on cost reduction, supply de-risking, and localization initiatives. He played a critical role in building functional capabilities in structure, process, and technology to achieve operational excellence.
Before Eureka Forbes, he was Vice President of Global Supply Chain at CEAT Tyres Ltd., where he successfully reduced logistics costs, improved service levels, and implemented digital transformation initiatives. He led the post-COVID reboot of supply chains, implemented digital supply chain platforms, and optimized material flow, contributing to significant cost savings.
His career foundation was built at Asian Paints, where he spent over 17 years leading supply chain operations across multiple locations. As Head of Planning & Logistics, he managed end-to-end supply chain operations, vendor development, and cost optimization projects. He also held leadership roles in new product supply chain, procurement, and contract manufacturing, successfully launching innovative packaging solutions and driving digital adoption.
