Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Ankit Maheshwari has joined G R INFRAPROJECTS LTD. as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, assuming a key leadership role in driving the company’s financial strategy and operational excellence. With a robust background in risk management, internal audit, and business consulting, Ankit brings extensive experience to support the company’s infrastructure development objectives.
Ankit has been with G R INFRAPROJECTS LTD. for over four years. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President – Head of Risk & Internal Audit and a Member of the Risk Management Committee, where he led critical initiatives in business process improvement and risk assessment. Before this, he was the Senior General Manager – Head of Risk & Internal Audit, overseeing internal controls and operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining G R INFRAPROJECTS LTD., Ankit was Director of Business Consulting at EY, where he provided strategic advisory services, focusing on process improvement and organizational communication.
Ankit also spent six years at United Technologies, where he held roles such as Regional Controller for UTC Climate, Controls & Security in the Middle East and Manager of Internal Audit for Asia-Pacific, enhancing financial and operational performance across geographies.
His career began at KPMG, where he served as Manager of Advisory Services, honing his expertise in consulting and client relationship management.
