Bangalore, Karnataka, India, September 2025 – Ankita Agrawal has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Allstate India, the strategic business services arm of The Allstate Corporation. In her new role, Ankita will spearhead the company’s people strategy, culture transformation, and talent initiatives to drive sustainable growth, inclusion, and innovation across the organization.
Ankita brings over 15 years of rich and diverse HR experience spanning compensation strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Prior to this appointment, she served as Director – Executive Compensation and Benefits at Allstate India, where she led compensation design and benefits programs for over four years, aligning them with business priorities and employee needs.
Before joining Allstate, she was an HR Leader at Wells Fargo, where she played a crucial role in shaping HR strategies for the India operations. Her work focused on enhancing workforce engagement and building scalable HR solutions during a phase of organizational growth and transformation.
Ankita spent over 12 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held several leadership roles including Vice President – Human Resources Business Partner and Vice President – HR Firmwide Compensation, based across New York, Hong Kong, and India. During her tenure, she was instrumental in leading compensation frameworks and partnering with global business units to drive performance alignment and strategic workforce planning.
She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management (HR) from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR from Christ University.
