With over a decade of specialized experience across private equity, fund administration, and cross-border finance, Ankur brings deep expertise in financial governance, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting to his new leadership role.
Before joining Oister Global, Ankur served as Vice President at ChrysCapital, one of India’s leading private equity firms. At ChrysCapital, he led finance operations across both public and private markets, building durable financial systems that aligned fund economics with long-term value creation. He played a key role in NAV computation, investor reporting, capital-call execution, cross-border structuring, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with leadership to deliver investor-grade reporting and scalable financial processes.
Prior to ChrysCapital, Ankur was associated with Actis as Assistant Manager – Fund Administration, where he managed fund accounting, valuations, and capital deployment for large private equity funds. His focus on financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and audit readiness contributed to improving fund governance and investor confidence.
Earlier in his career, he worked with ValueQuest Capital LLP as Finance and Operations Manager, where he established and managed a Mauritius-based FPI fund, handled multi-jurisdictional reporting, and led SEBI inspection readiness and licensing processes. His professional journey began with roles at Jaikumar Tejwani & Co. and A A Metal Industries, where he gained hands-on experience in management accounting, business valuation, and financial reporting.
In his new capacity as Head of Finance at Oister Global, Ankur will oversee financial strategy, fund operations, and compliance frameworks, ensuring precision, transparency, and scalability across the firm’s growing alternative investment platform. His appointment underscores Oister’s commitment to strengthening its financial leadership as it continues to expand its presence in India’s private market ecosystem.
