Ankur Bhandari Promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Magenta Mobility

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Ankur Bhandari has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Magenta Mobility, marking a significant leadership milestone in his finance career with the integrated electric mobility solutions provider.

In his new role, Ankur Bhandari will lead financial strategy, governance, capital planning, treasury, business finance, investor engagement, and financial operations as Magenta Mobility continues to scale its electric vehicle fleet and sustainable logistics ecosystem. Before being elevated to CFO, he served as Head of Finance at Magenta Mobility, where he partnered with founders, the CEO, Board, and private equity investors on capital raising, business model transformation, pricing strategy, unit economics, profitability, treasury, financial governance, tax compliance, audit management, and finance automation.

Prior to joining Magenta Mobility, Ankur served as Finance Head – Freight Forwarding Business at DP World, where he led financial planning, strategic decision-making, business partnering, profitability initiatives, financial consolidation, governance, audits, tax compliance, and system implementation across logistics, port, and terminal businesses.

Earlier, he worked as Head of Finance at Mahindra Logistics, where he managed financial consolidation, board-level reporting, audit committee liaison, ICFR oversight, risk management, treasury, working capital, post-acquisition finance integration, and automation of financial IT systems.

Ankur also served as Finance Controller at VRS Foods Limited and Business Unit Controller at BASF India Ltd, building deep expertise across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, commercial finance, internal controls, product profitability, working capital management, audits, compliance, and business performance reviews. His earlier experience includes roles with Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd. and Airen Saluja & Hablani Chartered Accountant, where he worked across accounting, taxation, audits, banking, inventory analysis, and process improvement.
