Anna brings extensive experience in HR, people services, and organizational development, making her a valuable addition to the leadership team at Rightmart Group.

Before joining Rightmart Group, Anna was the Head of HR / People Services at Traum-Ferienwohnungen GmbH for nearly five years. During her tenure, she played a key role as a member of the international management team, reporting directly to the CEO. She was instrumental in managing a company merger with an Indian firm and driving internal change management, leading a reorganization that prepared the company for international expansion.

Prior to her role at Traum-Ferienwohnungen GmbH, Anna served as Senior Manager – People, Health & Culture at Barclaycard for almost five years. In this capacity, she led company-wide projects focused on cultural change and employee engagement. She also worked closely with leadership and internal stakeholders, implemented development programs, and managed initiatives to improve employee well-being.

Earlier in her career, Anna was a Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria Consulting for over three years, where she specialized in driving change management projects and consulting on people management, engagement, and health. Her work included leading organizational changes and improving process efficiency in various settings.

Anna began her career in the health care sector, first as the Team Lead for Product Development at BKK LV Nordwest and later in roles related to health management at Mercedes-Benz AG and Volkswagen Group. These positions provided her with a strong foundation in teamwork, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, which have been central to her success in subsequent roles.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
