City of London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Anshuman Srivastava has been appointed as Global Chief Broking Officer at Aon, a pivotal leadership role that reflects the firm’s continued commitment to strengthening its global broking strategy. Based in London, Srivastava will play a central role in shaping Aon’s broking vision worldwide, leveraging his extensive expertise in reinsurance, capital markets, and strategic client engagement.
Srivastava has been with Aon for more than 18 years, building a distinguished career across multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Deputy Head of Aon Capital Partners, where he contributed to advancing innovative capital solutions for clients worldwide. His long-standing tenure also includes a 14-year leadership role at Aon’s Global ReSpecialty division, where he drove high-impact strategies in reinsurance broking and specialty risk advisory.
Before this, Srivastava held the position of Senior Managing Director at Aon between 2007 and 2011, focusing on global client engagement, risk solutions, and broking excellence. His early career includes experience at Cooper Gay & Co. Ltd., where he worked as Vice President for four years, and at Enron, where he managed commercial operations and honed his expertise in energy markets and structured transactions.
Srivastava holds an MBA in Finance from Rice Business, United States, and a PGDM in Finance from Goa Institute of Management (GIM), India, strengthening his academic foundation in global finance, risk, and capital markets.
