Anuradha Vaishampayan has recently been appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Butterfly Learnings, where she will also oversee Brand Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Starting her new role in April 2024, Vaishampayan brings over 16 years of rich HR experience to Butterfly Learnings, aiming to enhance the company’s human capital and overall strategic direction.
Before joining Butterfly Learnings, Vaishampayan was the HR Head at Arogya Finance, serving from April 2018 to April 2024. In this role, she focused on workforce development, employee engagement, and productivity improvements. She was instrumental in overseeing all HR functions and integrating comprehensive HR programs aligned with corporate strategies.
Prior to her tenure at Arogya Finance, Vaishampayan worked as a Principal Consultant at Index Advisory Pvt. Ltd., from March 2013 to May 2019. She led a team that delivered extensive HR consultancy services including HR audits, compensation benchmark studies, and leadership development across various industries in India and abroad.
Earlier in her career, Vaishampayan held significant roles at major firms including Schaeffler and GUS Global Services, where she developed HR strategies that notably enhanced organizational effectiveness and employee relations.
