Apeksha Chaturvedi Joins Bimbo Bakeries India as Lead – Talent Acquisition

Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Apeksha Chaturvedi has been appointed as Lead – Talent Acquisition, India at Bimbo Bakeries India, part of Grupo Bimbo, the world’s largest bakery company. In her new role, she will lead the talent acquisition agenda for Bimbo’s India operations, driving a sustainable talent ecosystem that supports the company’s mission of “Nourishing a Better World.”

A seasoned HR leader with over a decade of experience across talent strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding, Apeksha will spearhead the company’s efforts to design future-ready workforce plans, develop diverse leadership pipelines, and strengthen Bimbo’s employer brand in India’s competitive FMCG landscape. Her appointment reinforces Bimbo Bakeries India’s commitment to building an inclusive, purpose-driven organization aligned with its global sustainability and people-first philosophy.

Before joining Bimbo Bakeries India, Apeksha led the India Business Talent Acquisition function at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, where she played a pivotal role in developing corporate hiring strategies and scaling leadership capabilities across domestic operations. Her time at Rebel Foods as Manager – People & Culture saw her drive cultural transformation initiatives and strengthen organizational engagement frameworks.

Earlier, Apeksha held key roles at AgroStar, where she contributed to building a strong agritech workforce ecosystem; at Huntsmen & Barons, a leadership search and advisory firm; and at Antal International, where she specialized in mid- and senior-level recruitment. She began her career at YES Bank as an Assistant Manager, laying the foundation of her expertise in relationship management and business partnerships.

Her appointment at Bimbo Bakeries India highlights the company’s focus on attracting high-caliber HR leaders capable of steering the business toward its next phase of growth through innovation, digital transformation, and inclusive talent development.
