Yerevan, Armenia, September 2025 – Asya Mnatsakanyan has been appointed as Head of People Operations & People Experience at EPAM Systems, Armenia. In this leadership role, she will oversee people operations, engagement, and workplace experience initiatives, further enhancing EPAM’s culture and employee satisfaction.
Asya has been with EPAM Systems for over four years. She most recently served as Lead People Experience Specialist, following earlier roles as Senior People Experience Specialist and HR Business Partner. Over this period, she coordinated location-level people experience, ESG, and community initiatives, while also managing the full employee lifecycle, performance, retention, and communication strategies. Her contributions have been integral in driving employee engagement and building inclusive workplace practices at EPAM Armenia.
Prior to joining EPAM, Asya worked as an HR Consultant and Tech Recruiter on a freelance basis, where she provided talent acquisition and HR advisory support for a variety of clients, particularly in the technology sector.
Earlier in her career, she spent seven years at Inecobank CJSC, where she held multiple roles, including Motivation Programs and Benefits Management Specialist, HR Specialist, Loan Specialist, and Customer Care Specialist. During her tenure, she gained diverse experience spanning employee programs, HR operations, and client services, which laid the foundation for her career in people management.
