Charlotte, North Carolina, United States – November 2024 – Aubrey G. has stepped into the role of Vice President Human Resources Americas at Sibelco Group. Aubrey will oversee HR operations across the Americas, implementing people strategies that align with Sibelco’s business objectives while fostering a positive work culture. In this role, Aubrey will focus on advancing Sibelco’s commitment to safety, inclusiveness, and sustainability across the region.
Aubrey joins Sibelco with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, having previously served at Honeywell for over two years in senior roles. As VP Human Resources-Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS), Aubrey managed HR operations with a focus on employee engagement and productivity enhancement. Prior to that, Aubrey was Sr HR Director-Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions (SETS) and Senior Human Resources Director-PMT Functions, where they led critical HR initiatives supporting business growth and organizational alignment.
Before Honeywell, Aubrey was Sr Director HRBP Corporate & Ambulance Division at REV Group, Inc., where they played a significant role in HR management for the company’s specialty vehicle brands, enhancing employee relations and talent acquisition strategies.
Aubrey also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Charter Steel, leading HR functions including staffing, compliance, and employee development, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals.
Earlier in their career, Aubrey gained valuable experience at AdvanSix and Sara Lee Fresh Bakery (now Bimbo Bakeries U.S.A.). At AdvanSix, Aubrey provided HR leadership during the company’s spin-off from Honeywell, collaborating on cross-functional integration efforts and workforce planning. Their tenure at Sara Lee involved extensive HR responsibilities across multiple plants, with a focus on change management and labor relations.
