Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, December 2024 – Bas Bosch van Rosenthal has been appointed as Head of People at Workwize, a leading global solution for managing remote employee assets. In this role, Bas will oversee HR strategies, people management, and initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
Bas brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Workwize. Prior to this, he served as HR People Manager at Workwize for nearly two years, where he led key HR projects and initiatives that enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Before joining Workwize, Bas was a Managing Partner at 7LIFE Nederland, where he focused on consultancy, training, coaching, and assessments, with a strong emphasis on learning and development. He previously held roles at PinDirect by Cyber & Mason, where he led projects such as ERP and BI tool implementations as a Project Manager and managed customer care operations.
Earlier in his career, Bas worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, a Project Manager at Mr. Marine, and gained entrepreneurial experience as the founder of BVR Tourmanagement, offering artist tour management services. He has also held roles in brand management, customer service, and consulting, contributing to his versatile professional profile.
