Florence, South Carolina, United States, July 2024 – Beth O’Laire has recently joined McLeod Health as the new Vice President Human Resources. Beth brings her extensive HR leadership experience to the McLeod Health team, aiming to enhance the organization’s human resources strategies and initiatives.
Beth O’Laire most recently served as the Market Chief HR Executive for Ascension Wisconsin, where she provided HR leadership for 17 hospitals and over 100 healthcare facilities, supporting more than 12,000 associates. She led strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management, and implemented standardized HR policies across multiple entities.
Before her tenure at Ascension Wisconsin, Beth was an HR Business Partner at Ascension. She partnered with hospital leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, managed workforce analytics, and delivered presentations and training across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Beth held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Aurora Health Care, where she oversaw the full-cycle recruiting process, advised on employee relations, and facilitated training programs for leadership and staff.
