Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, March 2025 – Bianca Morgan has officially stepped into her new role as Head of People & Organization at Sandoz, marking a significant milestone in her career journey. In this position, she will lead the company’s people agenda, shaping talent strategies and fostering a people-centric culture as Sandoz continues to expand its global footprint in generics and biosimilars.
Prior to this appointment, Bianca Morgan served at Arjo for over five years, where she was elevated from HR Manager Africa to HR Director Africa. In these roles, she drove strategic HR initiatives across the continent, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, and leadership transformation.

Before Arjo, she held the position of HR Officer at Schindler Lifts (Pty) Ltd, where she played a key role in streamlining employee engagement and HR compliance processes over a period of nearly two years.
Bianca also spent over ten years at PPC Cement, steadily progressing through roles including Payroll Administrator, HR Administrator, HR Officer, and finally HR Business Partner. Her work was pivotal in supporting organizational change and HR transformation across multiple locations in South Africa.
Throughout her 15+ year HR career, Bianca has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing inclusive, performance-driven cultures. Her deep expertise in HR strategy and operational excellence has prepared her well for her leadership role at Sandoz.
