New York, United States, December 2024 – Brandon Frese has been named Managing Executive Director, Head of Agency Operations at Hearts & Science, an Omnicom Media Group agency. In this role, Brandon will oversee the agency’s client finance, media operations, project management, and accountability functions, leveraging his extensive expertise to enhance operational excellence across all client engagements.
Brandon has been a pivotal part of Hearts & Science for over eight years. Most recently, he served as Executive Director, Agency Operations, where he led cross-functional teams in client finance, media operations, and project management, ensuring efficiency and seamless client delivery across major accounts.
Prior to this, Brandon excelled as Senior Director – Accountability, where he was responsible for cost and quality audits and the development of innovative measurement frameworks. He also contributed significantly as Director – Accountability AT&T, collaborating with internal teams to manage benchmarks, methodologies, and deliver value to key clients like AT&T.
Earlier in his career, Brandon worked as an Account Manager at Integral Ad Science, delivering advertising intelligence solutions. At Ebiquity, he developed savings verification methodologies and managed high-profile accounts, honing his expertise in client services and data-driven insights.
Brandon’s foundational experiences include roles at Experian Marketing Services and Zenith, where he built expertise in media buying, campaign delivery, and data-driven strategies.
