New York, United States, December 2024 – June Huang has been named Managing Director at Bain Capital, leading financial services investing for the Private Credit Group. In this role, he will oversee senior debt, mezzanine, and equity investments in sponsor-backed and founder-led middle-market companies, with a focus on sectors such as wealth management, insurance, professional services, specialty finance, fintech, and payments.
June’s tenure at Bain Capital spans over seven years, beginning in October 2017 as a Director in the New York City Metropolitan Area. During this time, he played a pivotal role in driving strategic investments and fostering growth within the private credit and capital markets space.

Beyond Bain Capital, June serves as a Board Member at Insigneo, a leading independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor based in Miami, Florida, where he has contributed to the company’s strategic vision for over two years.
Before joining Bain Capital, June held associate roles at notable firms such as H.I.G. Capital in Chicago and Ares Management Corporation in New York City, gaining extensive experience in private equity and asset management. His early career began at PwC, where he worked in the Financial Markets Group, honing his expertise in financial analysis and advisory.
