Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada, July 2025 – Brittany McCabe has taken on a new role as Vice President, People & Culture at Cascadia Credit Union, a newly formed financial cooperative committed to community-first banking and people-centric values. In this leadership position, Brittany will oversee the design and execution of HR strategies across the merged entity, ensuring alignment with Cascadia’s mission to serve members and staff with care, integrity, and purpose.
Brittany joins Cascadia Credit Union after a five-year tenure at Revelstoke Credit Union, where she rose steadily through the ranks. Most recently, she served as HR Manager, following her impactful contributions as People and Training Specialist, HR Coordinator, and Insurance Services Representative. During her time there, she led key initiatives focused on employee development, member service, and culture-building—work that positioned her as a trusted leader during the credit union’s transformation and merger.
Beyond her organizational experience, Brittany has played an influential role in shaping future leadership across the credit union system through her work with BC Emerging Leaders. Starting as a member of the Working Committee, she quickly rose to Vice Chair, and currently serves as Chair, contributing to talent pipeline development and leadership capacity building across British Columbia’s cooperative finance sector.
Earlier in her career, Brittany held administrative and financial operations roles at BDO Canada and Allstate Canada, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational support, customer service, and process efficiency.
