Boston, Massachusetts, United States, February 2025 – Caitlin Flaherty has been appointed as Vice President, Talent at Rockpoint, where she will lead talent strategy, recruitment, and workforce development initiatives. With a strong background in talent management and organizational consulting, Flaherty will focus on strengthening Rockpoint’s talent acquisition and people development framework.
Flaherty joined Rockpoint in 2024 as a Talent Business Partner, where she played a key role in enhancing leadership development programs and implementing strategic talent initiatives.
Before Rockpoint, she spent over seven years at Accenture, where she held multiple roles, including Management Consultant in the Talent & Organization Practice, HR Partner, and Campus Recruiter. During her tenure at Accenture, she advised Fortune 500 clients on HR transformation, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Earlier in her career, Flaherty gained experience in nonprofit development and communications, having served as a Regional Development Intern at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (ALSAC) and a Communications Intern at the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation. She also worked in career services at Bentley University, where she developed a passion for talent acquisition and professional development.
Flaherty’s expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent consulting will be instrumental in driving Rockpoint’s growth and talent initiatives. Her appointment aligns with the firm’s commitment to attracting and developing top-tier talent in the real estate private equity sector.
