Malta, September 2025 – Betsson Group, a global leader in the online gaming industry, has announced the appointment of Caitriona McWilliams as Global Head of Talent Acquisition. With a diverse and accomplished career in recruitment and talent strategy across gaming, technology, and consulting sectors, Ms. McWilliams brings extensive international experience to her new role.
Based in Malta, she will be responsible for leading Betsson’s global talent acquisition strategy across 18 locations and supporting the company’s vision to deliver the best customer experience in the industry by building a world-class workforce.
Before joining Betsson Group, Caitriona McWilliams spent over nine years at Entain, one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, where she contributed to the talent acquisition function across global markets.
She previously held the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Quad Consultancy, where she specialized in recruitment and executive search across Gibraltar, the UK, and Malta, with a strong focus on the online gaming industry.
Prior to that, she worked at EarthStream Global for nearly three years in Spain, where she held progressive roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on commercial, energy, and project control functions within global recruitment.
Earlier in her career, she held recruitment consulting roles with Cadden Crowe, HCL Social Care, and Chandler Macleod, developing a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment across public and private sectors in Australia.
