Carlos brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as an Organizational Development Consultant at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where he played a key role in designing and implementing leadership programs that bolstered employee engagement and performance. With over four years at UKG, Carlos excelled in driving change management and enterprise-wide development initiatives.
Before UKG, Carlos was a Senior Facilitator at Ultimate Software, where he delivered engaging learning experiences and supported the growing management team. He has also served as a Leadership Development Training Manager at Kaplan Higher Education, where he led company-wide training interventions and managed knowledge systems for over five years.
Carlos has also operated as a Leadership Speaker and Facilitator with Hernandez Learning Development Group, leveraging his expertise to inspire leaders and enhance team dynamics through workshops, keynote sessions, and personal coaching.
