Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, February 2025 – Caroline Pinto has joined Citi as Vice President, Learning Advisor Lead for the Internal Audit Team. In this role, she will be responsible for shaping learning strategies, driving transformational programs, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to enhance employee development initiatives.
Prior to joining Citi, Caroline Pinto served as a Training Specialist at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, where she played a key role in developing training programs, creating multimedia content, and enhancing onboarding strategies for operational teams. Her contributions helped streamline training processes and improve overall employee learning experiences.
Before that, she worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Fanshawe College, where she focused on Workday implementation, designing e-learning programs, and leading instructional design initiatives. Caroline was instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of Workday by developing comprehensive learning solutions for staff and faculty.
Caroline also spent over nine years at Northern Trust Corporation, where she progressed through multiple roles in Learning and Development, Change Management, and Financial Analysis. In her role as Officer, Learning and Development Consultant, she was responsible for driving training initiatives, employee onboarding, and implementing performance improvement programs. Her expertise in training facilitation, content development, and organizational learning has been a defining feature of her career.
With her strong background in learning strategy, instructional design, and organizational development, Caroline is well-positioned to drive impactful learning initiatives at Citi.
