Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, January 2026 — Caroline Rawlinson has announced that she is stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Culture Amp, marking a significant leadership transition for the global employee experience and people analytics company.
Rawlinson’s appointment follows her tenure as Chief Financial and Operational Officer at Culture Amp, a role she assumed in December 2024. Before MYOB, Rawlinson served as Chief Financial Officer at Trade Me, where she was responsible for strategy, finance, governance, M&A, and ventures. Her tenure included leading the company through its acquisition by Apax Partners and subsequent delisting, alongside oversight of investor relations and capital markets activity.
