Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Chandan Bhambhwani has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at FatakPay, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, leadership development, learning and development, and people strategy across the fintech, legal services, business services, and financial sectors.
In his new role, Bhambhwani will lead the human resources function at FatakPay, overseeing talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership capability, and workforce growth initiatives. His appointment comes at a significant stage in the company’s journey as it continues to expand its fintech offerings and strengthen its position in India’s rapidly evolving digital financial services landscape.
Before joining FatakPay, Bhambhwani spent more than five years at EXO Edge, where he progressed through several senior leadership positions including Senior Manager People, Associate Director People, and most recently Director People. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational growth, and people transformation initiatives, helping build scalable talent frameworks to support business expansion.
Prior to EXO Edge, he enjoyed a successful seven-year tenure at Elevate, where he established and led the end-to-end people function for the company’s APAC operations across India, Australia, and the Philippines. Serving in roles ranging from Assistant Manager People to Senior Manager People & Talent Acquisition, he was instrumental in building talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement programs that supported the organization’s regional growth objectives.
Earlier in his career, Bhambhwani held leadership roles at Integreon, where he managed learning and development initiatives and helped build and train large client-facing teams. He also gained valuable experience at Citi, supporting global investment banking teams through research, presentations, and mergers and acquisitions-related activities. His diverse professional background has provided him with a unique blend of business, talent, and organizational expertise that continues to shape his leadership approach.
