Chetna Singh takes charge as Head of Human Resources, Europe, Middle East and Africa (GTM Organization - Sales & Customer Success) at SAP

Walldorf, Baden-Württemberg, German, May 2025 — Chetna Singh has been appointed as Head of Human Resources, Europe, Middle East and Africa at SAP, where she will spearhead the people agenda for the GTM Organization, comprising Sales and Customer Success. This role marks a significant milestone as Singh steps beyond her accomplished journey in Total Rewards to lead human capital initiatives in SAP’s fastest-growing and highly strategic region.

In this role, Singh will play a crucial part in driving SAP’s people-centric vision, aligning HR strategies to business goals while also supporting cross-sales transformation initiatives by leveraging her global experience in Total Rewards and executive partnering.

Singh’s association with SAP spans over 13 years, during which she held progressive leadership positions. She served most recently as Head of Global Total Rewards, where she crafted the “Total Rewards Reimagine Strategy,” redefining the organization’s approach to employee rewards, benefits, and wellness programs globally. Prior to that, as Global Head – Executive Total Rewards Partnering, she partnered closely with global executives and regional business presidents to deliver impactful solutions at the board level.

Earlier roles include serving as Vice President – Total Rewards, Asia Pacific Japan (APJ), and Director, Total Rewards, South East Asia, where she oversaw rewards management for dynamic and diverse markets.

Before joining SAP, Singh worked with J.P. Morgan in Singapore as Vice President – Compensation & Benefits, and Cisco in San Jose, California, where she led Sales Compensation.

An alumna of the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Singh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, strengthening her expertise in people strategy, rewards, and organizational transformation across industries and geographies.
