Barcelona, Spain, February 2025 – MANGO, one of Europe’s leading fashion retailers, has announced the appointment of Toni Ruiz Tubau as the Chairman of its Board of Directors, while he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer. This dual role will allow him to oversee MANGO’s long-term vision, reinforcing its strategic expansion, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
Toni Ruiz Tubau joined MANGO in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial structure and enhancing profitability. Recognized for his strategic acumen, he was elevated to CEO in 2018, leading the company’s transition into a more integrated and digitally-driven business. Under his leadership, MANGO successfully implemented its 4E Strategic Plan, focusing on evolution, expansion, excellence, and environmental responsibility.

Before MANGO, Ruiz served as an external advisor at Auchan Retail, where he provided guidance on international retail operations. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Leroy Merlin and OBRAMAT, where he held senior finance and operational leadership roles. His extensive experience in large-scale retail transformation and business development has been instrumental in shaping MANGO’s global growth strategy.
