Cambridge, England, United Kingdom, May 2026 — Chris Cooke has started a new role as Chief Financial Officer at Immaterial Ltd, bringing extensive finance, strategy, life sciences logistics, business transformation, and executive leadership experience.
Before joining Immaterial, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer at The Micron Group, where he worked closely with founders on strategic planning, finance leadership, business development, and growth planning.
He also serves as Strategy Consultant at Red Meadow Ltd, supporting companies with interim and project-based strategic consulting, drawing on his commercial and financial expertise across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, and logistics markets.
Earlier, Chris spent nearly nine years as Chief Executive Officer at Biocair, where he led significant international growth, expanded into new markets, and guided the company through Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic. His earlier journey includes senior finance leadership roles at International Bonded Courier, Biocair International Limited, Bernard Hodes Group, Analysys, Quiss Technology, Synchromatic, and Delcam.
