Switzerland, July 2026 — Versigent has appointed Christian Steinhoff as Global Head of People Services, HR Analytics, and HR Technology. In this newly assumed leadership role, he will lead the company’s global people services, HR analytics, and HR technology strategy, driving digital HR transformation, operational excellence, and data-driven workforce capabilities to support Versigent’s global growth.
Christian brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience spanning HR transformation, shared services, HR technology, business process excellence, and enterprise digitalization. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale global transformation programs, built high-performing HR organizations, implemented AI-enabled HR technologies, and delivered significant operational efficiencies across multinational enterprises.
Prior to joining Versigent, Christian served as Senior Vice President – People Business Services and HR Technology at The Adecco Group, where he led one of the company’s largest global HR transformation initiatives. He secured executive sponsorship for a comprehensive transformation program projected to deliver USD 50 million in savings, established three global shared service centers across India, Bulgaria, and the United States, implemented a unified AI-enabled HR technology platform, and standardized HR processes across more than 60 countries while leading a global team of over 430 professionals. His leadership enabled significant cost savings, accelerated transformation timelines, and strengthened global HR operations.
Earlier, Christian held senior global leadership roles at Stryker, where he served as Vice President of Global HR Shared Services, leading enterprise-wide HR transformation, governance, automation, and service excellence initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. He also served as Global Program Manager and Acting Head of HR Operations at Jabil, where he led the successful global rollout of Workday for more than 220,000 employees across 34 countries, replacing 54 legacy systems within an accelerated implementation timeline. His earlier career included nearly 11 years at Philips, where he led HR operations, business excellence, compliance transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives, in addition to earlier consulting roles with direkt gruppe, Hamburg Süd, and Axel Springer SE, building deep expertise in enterprise technology, SAP implementation, and business process re-engineering.
Christian continues to invest in executive education and is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Digitalization in the Age of AI at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), focusing on AI strategy, digital transformation, and innovative leadership. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg. His extensive experience in HR technology, AI-enabled transformation, shared services, and global operations positions him exceptionally well to lead Versigent’s next phase of people and technology innovation.
