Christina Sullivan has been with Gastro Health for approximately 3 years and 8 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that fostered a positive work environment and supported the organization’s growth objectives.
Before joining Gastro Health, Christina was the Vice President of Human Resources at OneSpaWorld (previously Steiner Management Services) for nearly 6 years. In this role, she managed HR operations and was instrumental in driving organizational change and enhancing employee engagement.
Christina also served as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Steiner Leisure Limited for about 5 years, where she led HR initiatives across various business units. Prior to that, she was the Head of Human Resources at CareCloud for over 2 years, overseeing HR functions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Earlier in her career, Christina was the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Cox Communications for nearly 8 years, where she developed and executed HR strategies that supported business objectives. She also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Citrix Systems for 6 years, where she managed HR operations and contributed to the company’s growth and success.
