Stockholm, Sweden, June 2026 — LYKO has promoted Christine Hartler to the role of Head of People Experience.
Hartler has been associated with LYKO for more than five years and has held several leadership roles focused on leadership development, learning, organizational capability building, and employee experience.
In her new role, she is responsible for the end-to-end employee experience at LYKO, including talent attraction, recruitment, leadership development, employee development, cultural direction, culture initiatives, and workplace experience in alignment with the company’s people strategy.
Prior to her promotion, Hartler served as Manager Learning & Development, where she was responsible for learning and development initiatives supporting leadership and employee capability building across the organization.
Earlier, she held the position of Leadership Lead, focusing on leadership development and organizational growth programs.
Before joining LYKO, Hartler spent more than five years with Telenor Sweden in senior leadership roles across employee engagement, learning, retail operations, and sales enablement.
She served as Head of Engagement Hub, leading initiatives related to competence development, employee engagement, learning culture, sales enablement, store operations, workplace environment, and organizational capability development.
Prior to that, she held the role of Head of Channel Operations, where she led teams responsible for learning and development, retail operations, sales operations, go-to-market activities, and store concept development.
Earlier in her career, Hartler held multiple leadership positions with Telia and TeliaSonera, including Head of Retail Store Development, Director Sales Support, Head of Presales, and Head of Sales and Marketing Coordination.
During her tenure with Telia, she was involved in retail concept development, customer experience initiatives, sales capability building, sales operations, leadership development, commercial execution, and customer engagement programs.
She also worked as Sales Manager Web at Telia Netsales and earlier served as Global CRM Manager at Speedy Tomato AB, where she was involved in customer relationship management strategy, customer analytics, and customer engagement initiatives.
Throughout her career, Hartler has built extensive experience across leadership development, learning and development, employee engagement, talent management, organizational culture, retail operations, customer experience, sales enablement, and people leadership.
