Stockholm, Sweden, June 2026 — H&M Group has appointed Massimiliano Sacco as Head of People for Supply Chain.
Sacco transitions into the role following his tenure as Head of People – Business Tech, where he led people, communication, and change management initiatives supporting H&M Group’s technology organization.
During his time leading the Business Tech people function, Sacco focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership alignment, workforce planning, people analytics, talent development, and organizational transformation. Working alongside business and technology leaders, he supported initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, internal mobility, organizational capability, and people development programs, including the launch of the Tech Academy.
Prior to joining H&M Group, Sacco spent more than five years with Electronic Arts (EA), holding senior people and organizational effectiveness leadership positions.
He served as Senior Director, Organization Effectiveness & Team Performance – EA Sports, supporting teams responsible for globally recognized gaming franchises including EA Sports FC, FIFA, Madden, and Formula One. His responsibilities included organization design, operating models, team effectiveness, talent strategies, and leadership development.
Earlier, he served as HR Director – EA Studios Europe, leading HR activities supporting development teams behind franchises such as Battlefield, Battlefront, and Need for Speed. He also held HR leadership responsibilities at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB).
Before joining Electronic Arts, Sacco served as Head of HR – Business Unit Cloud and R&D, Ericsson Digital Services, supporting technology and research organizations within Ericsson.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly fifteen years with Electrolux, progressing through a series of global HR leadership roles including Global HR Director, Global HR Business Partner, Group Talent Manager, Human Resources Manager, and HR Specialist.
During his tenure at Electrolux, he supported global manufacturing, research and development, product organizations, design teams, talent management initiatives, leadership development programs, workforce planning, and organizational capability building.
He began his professional career with AIESEC, where he served as a Project Manager.
Throughout his career, Sacco has built extensive experience across organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organizational transformation, change management, people analytics, HR strategy, and global people leadership.
