Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, April 2025 – Ciara Mullin has been promoted to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) at Deciphex, a global leader in AI-powered digital pathology. In her new capacity, Ciara will spearhead the company’s global people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, development, DEI, and organizational culture to support Deciphex’s continued growth and innovation in the healthcare technology space.
Ciara steps into the CPO role after serving as Senior Director of Human Resources, where she aligned the company’s HR practices with its rapid international expansion. She was instrumental in strategic hiring, succession planning, and embedding scalable people practices across global operations.
Before that, she was Director of Human Resources, where she built and matured the HR function during a phase of significant headcount growth. Ciara led initiatives in employee engagement, change management, and leadership advisory, positioning HR as a critical business enabler.
Earlier in her journey with Deciphex, Ciara served as HR & Finance Manager, where she built core systems for payroll, budgeting, and employee lifecycle management. Prior to joining Deciphex, she held HR and operations roles in the US and Ireland, including at Edlio, where she contributed to HR, accounting, and CRM integration projects.
