Cláudia steps into this pivotal role at a time when Take5 is embracing new creative and commercial opportunities, aiming to further strengthen its culture and expand its market presence after more than 25 years in the industry.
Cláudia brings a powerful blend of strategic HR leadership and operational expertise, with nearly two decades of experience across Europe and Africa. Most recently, she led human capital and training initiatives at Claudia Xafredo HR Consulting, supporting companies across the UK, Portugal, and Angola with talent development, executive search, and organizational design solutions. As HR Business Partner & Co-Founder at Parthenon Angola, Cláudia built learning & development capabilities for a dynamic client portfolio, driving HR strategy and business performance.
Her earlier experiences include senior HR roles at NOSSA Seguros and Aon in Angola, as well as leadership roles in the UK at The Circle Club (Manchester) and Balfour Beatty. Cláudia holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management (Level 7) and is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Her proven ability to connect people strategy with creative and business goals will be central to Take5 Portugal’s continued growth and innovation.
