Before joining Insomnia Coffee Company, Connie served as Head of People at Keelings for nearly three years, where she was instrumental in collective bargaining, talent management, and HR strategy. Her expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Change Management significantly contributed to the company’s success.
Connie was previously a Senior Human Resources Manager at Lir Chocolates for over two years, where she excelled in strategic human resources leadership and relationship building. She also held the role of HR Manager at Stobart Air for over four years, focusing on HR consulting and union relations.
Connie’s earlier career includes roles such as HR Generalist at C&C Gleeson, HR Officer at Moore Stephens UK, and HR Associate at HM Revenue & Customs, where she developed a strong foundation in HR operations and relationship building.
