In her new capacity at PHHI, White plans to tackle resource issues within the healthcare sector head-on by offering optimized services and alternative solutions to traditional contingent staffing. Her initial focus will include enhancing service offerings such as travel nursing, local nursing, allied health, and customizable workforce planning solutions through Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs.
White’s strategic vision is backed by her recognition in the industry, having been named on the Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Staffing 100 North America list and the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for two consecutive years.
