Geneva, Switzerland, March 2025 – Craig Kelly has joined Transmutex as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over three decades of experience in corporate finance, structured investments, and financial strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, Craig will guide Transmutex’s financial planning, capital management, and stakeholder engagement efforts as the company continues its mission to revolutionize nuclear energy with cutting-edge, carbon-free technologies.
Prior to joining Transmutex, Craig served as Chief Financial Officer at Terminal Investment Limited for over eight years, where he led financial transformation, enhanced reporting systems, and supported global expansion initiatives. His tenure was marked by solid expertise in M&A, financial markets, and strategic stakeholder management.
Before that, Craig was the CFO at Oryx Petroleum Corporation Limited, where he oversaw financial operations and investor relations during a period of rapid growth in the oil and gas sector. His insights into capital markets and risk management played a critical role in the company’s financial performance and sustainability.
Earlier in his career, Craig held key leadership roles at Addax Petroleum and RBC Capital Markets. At Addax, he was Head of Corporate Finance, leading strategic investments and structured finance initiatives. At RBC Capital Markets, he spent nearly eight years as Director, building a strong foundation in investment banking and cross-border financial structuring.
He began his professional journey at EY in Vancouver, working as a Senior Auditor, where he developed his early expertise in financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. With a well-rounded background in both corporate and capital markets finance, Craig brings visionary financial leadership to support Transmutex’s journey to industrial-scale deployment of sustainable nuclear energy.
