In her role, Crystal will focus on aligning talent acquisition and learning initiatives with Rentoza’s bold mission to reshape technology ownership for African consumers.
Crystal joins Rentoza after serving as Practice Director at Salt, where she led a team in delivering talent solutions for a diverse range of clients across industries. Her one year and nine months at Salt were marked by successful recruitment strategies and team-building efforts.
Before her tenure at Salt, Crystal held the position of Talent Solutions Business Manager at Agile People for one year and five months, focusing on talent acquisition, business growth, and client relationships. She was instrumental in driving solutions that met the evolving needs of businesses in South Africa.
Crystal also spent over ten years at Advtech Resourcing in a leadership capacity, excelling as Business Development & Client Relationship Manager. She managed a large portfolio of clients and achieved high levels of repeat business, showcasing her expertise in relationship-building and strategic talent management.
Additionally, Crystal began her career at Dante Personnel Recruitment, where she gained over three years of experience as a Branch Manager/Business Development Manager, strengthening her foundation in recruitment and business development.
