Huntington Beach, California, United States, June 2024 – Cynthia Minnicucci has joined Liberty Military Housing as the new Senior Director of Human Resources. Bringing extensive experience in human resources management, Cynthia will lead HR initiatives and strategies to support the organization’s mission and enhance employee engagement.
Before joining Liberty Military Housing, Cynthia Minnicucci served as the Director of Human Resources at The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command Western Territory for six years. In this role, she was responsible for hiring, internet recruiting, and managing HR operations. Her efforts contributed significantly to the organization’s human resources strategies and operational efficiency.
Prior to this, she held the position of HR Manager at The Salvation Army, Silvercrest Management for over fourteen years. Silvercrest Management, a department within The Salvation Army, provides low-income housing for seniors 62+ years of age. Cynthia managed HR and payroll operations across nine western states, overseeing 125+ employees. Her role was pivotal in maintaining the HR framework and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked as an HR Manager at Charter Communications for three years, where she managed hiring processes and employee relations. She also served as a Regional HR Coordinator at Office Depot for two years, where she coordinated HR activities and supported regional HR operations.
