Orlando, Florida, United States, January 2025 – Dan Kureczka has been appointed as the Vice President of Talent at AdventHealth, where he will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and strategic hiring across the organization’s extensive healthcare network.
Dan Kureczka has been with AdventHealth for over a year, previously serving as Director of Talent Acquisition for the West Florida Division, where he successfully led recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives across the region.

Before joining AdventHealth, Dan held the role of Talent Acquisition Leader at Amazon Business, where he managed a dispersed recruitment team focusing on technical and non-technical hiring across multiple business segments.
Prior to that, he worked at FTI Consulting, holding roles such as Senior Manager of Executive & Experienced Hire Recruiting, focusing on recruitment strategies for corporate finance and restructuring divisions.
Earlier in his career, Dan gained valuable experience in talent acquisition leadership at Deloitte and Accenture, where he specialized in enterprise performance, supply chain talent acquisition, and workforce strategy.
