Irving, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Dana Dowdy has joined Meriton as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this new role, Dana will lead Meriton’s marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and drive growth across its portfolio of HVAC businesses. Her extensive experience in strategic marketing and leadership makes her a valuable addition to the executive team.
Dana most recently served as the Corporate Director of Marketing at Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC for over four years. During her tenure, she played a critical role in launching new brands, optimizing marketing investment returns, and enhancing business visibility. She also held the position of Interim Vice President of Sales – Ag Division, leading business development initiatives for the agricultural sector.

Prior to Revolution, Dana worked at NTL Brands, where she served as the Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing, overseeing strategic branding, product development, and integrated marketing campaigns for multiple housewares brands. Her leadership helped transform consumer and commercial divisions, driving significant market growth.
Earlier in her career, Dana honed her expertise in account and brand strategy as an Account/Brand Planner and Account Executive at MasonBaronet, Inc.. She managed regional and national B2B clients across industries, delivering impactful marketing solutions. Dana also worked as a Business Development Manager at Maravia Art Gallery, where she led marketing initiatives for an artist studio in the Caribbean.
