Kingsville, Ontario, Canada, July 2026 — Mastronardi Produce has appointed Daniela (Terenzi) Williams as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global human resources strategy, partnering with the executive leadership team to strengthen organizational capability, leadership development, talent strategy and culture as the company continues its growth journey.
Daniela joins Mastronardi Produce with more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning human resources, business operations and commercial leadership across the automotive, industrial manufacturing and healthcare sectors. She is also recognized among the HR TODAY Global 100 HR Leaders – Hall of Fame 2025, reflecting her significant contributions to the HR profession.
Prior to joining Mastronardi Produce, Daniela served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Franklin Electric for around one year, where she led the company’s global people strategy and human capital initiatives.
Earlier, she spent more than six years with Visteon Corporation, progressing from Senior Human Resources Director – Corporate Functions and Americas Region to Global Vice President of People and Culture. During her tenure, she led global people and culture initiatives, organizational transformation, leadership development and enterprise-wide talent strategies for the global mobility technology company.
Before that, Daniela served as Global Human Resources Director at Dura Automotive Systems LLC for over two years, where she led global HR strategy, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and the implementation of enterprise-wide human capital systems supporting a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, she built an extensive leadership career spanning more than 15 years with Aptiv (formerly Delphi), holding senior leadership positions across human resources, global operations, product management, commercial strategy, business development and customer management. Prior to Aptiv, she also worked with Eli Lilly and Company, where she began her professional career in sales and customer management.
