New York, United States, April 2025 – Danielle Doyle has taken on a new role as Director, Talent Acquisition at Zeta Global, where she will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, leading high-impact hiring initiatives, and strengthening the talent acquisition function to support Zeta’s rapid growth in the AI-powered marketing solutions space.
Danielle joined Zeta Global in July 2024 as Recruiting Manager, where she demonstrated excellence in recruitment operations and leadership, helping build out technical and non-technical teams with a strategic focus. Her swift progression to Director within a year reflects her strong impact and alignment with Zeta’s culture of innovation and excellence.
Before Zeta, she worked at HP Hood LLC as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, leading recruiting efforts across key functions for over a year. Her success in building candidate pipelines and employer brand visibility helped the company navigate a competitive talent landscape.
Previously, Danielle spent two years at Meta as a Senior Technical Recruiter – Technical Program Management, managing recruitment for highly specialized technical roles and aligning hiring processes with fast-paced product delivery needs.
Earlier in her career, she held a Client Lead Recruiter position at Amazon, where she recruited for HR Tech, Finance Tech, and Worldwide Operations teams, including international events. She also contributed to digital product and UX recruitment at Lowe’s, and began her career in healthcare recruitment with Addison Group and Medix™.
